Work Principle

The hydraulic oil is driven by the reciprocating movement of the plunger, and the hydraulic oil drives the diaphragm to reciprocate to realize the inhalation and discharge of the medium.

◆Diaphragm-limit valve-compensation valve-built-in safety valve mutual linkage automation oil refill and built-in safety protection technology are utilized. The precision of the limit valve can reach ±0.002mm, the surface hardness is up to 60-70HRC, the roughness is up to 0.4μm, and the limit valve can be reused for 80 million times within the temperature range of -80 DEG C to 160 DEG C.

◆PTFE polymer composite diaphragm is utilized, and the diaphragm is subjected to multidirectional roll-in and surface quenching, the homogenization degree reaches 99.92%, which reduces the cold flow phenomenon during operation and improves the compressive strength

◆Diaphragm rupture alarm device, which prevents the media from contacting the hydraulic oil when the diaphragm breaks;
