Watson Marlowe Fluid Technology Group announced the launch of a new pump head designed for the award-winning Qdos series peristaltic metering pumps. Qdos 20 with ReNu PU pump head can provide 28 l/hr (7.67 GPH at 60psi) repeatable flow rate under 4 bar. It is suitable for all kinds of viscous fluids and ensures the measurement accuracy of 1%.

The introduction of Qdos 20 ReNu PU will meet the growing global demand for polymer quantitative delivery systems in wastewater treatment. Most of these systems use polymers to dehydrate sludge to minimize its volume, thereby reducing the cost associated with cake treatment and storage by up to 75%. Compared with the diaphragm metering pump, the user indicated that the new pump head has brought significant technological improvements in the quantitative delivery of polymers.

ReNu PU pump head is designed to achieve the longest process uptime. Quick, safe and easy disassembly and replacement of the pump head makes this easy to achieve. The process does not require professional tools or specially trained on-site maintenance technicians.
